Could not have expected any more.

I bought this truck based on actual needs and reliability. From the first day I was impressed with the workmanship of this truck. The fit and finish was top notch. The ride was great. I averaged 26 mpg on my first road trip. And can have a heavy foot at times. I have had all the brand name trucks in my past. But I do not intend on going off road nor hauling over the 5000 pound limit. This truck fits my needs.… - 5.0
Just what the doctor ordered

Love my 2017 RTL-E - even better than my 2006 RTL - all the controls are where they are supposed to be on a Honda. I have owned it for a year now. I haul a small camper trailer (3600 lbs), kayaks and bikes - no problem. Actually does better on the back roads than on the highway with all that stuff. The only thing I have noticed is a grunting sound that I think only happens when the A/C is on - still trying to locate that. Exceptional ride, I do get comments and questions. The guys at Lowes and Home Depot like to make comments about not being a real truck. Trust me it is more of a real truck than I need. I like the everyday comfort of the drive and the ability to haul 3/4 ton of gravel (which I have done), and other things. I did look at the GM offerings, especially since they are made up the road from where we live, but their product is more expensive and does not have the quality record of the Honda. The only thing that was irritating was dealing with the dealer and Honda production about when it would arrive. Apparently Scarlet Pearl with Beige interior is a difficult to get. IMO, if you put money down when you order the vehicle, Honda should put it at the top of the build list and not make it go through the machine of allotments based on what the dealer sells. Honda severely underestimated how popular this vehicle is and is going to continue to be. This vehicle is 1 of 8 Honda that we have had over the years. My wife is jealous because of all the bells and whistles that my Ridgeline has that her 12 Odyssey doesnt - something tells me that a 2018 is on the horizon for someone. She even calls my Ridgeline an Odyssey with a pick-up bed ever since we read an article about the production process. The best truck out there for the everyday driver who needs to haul stuff every once in a while.… - 5.0
Love this truck
By Eric | on Thursday, February 16, 2017
I was in the market to buy a truck, It came down deciding between the Tacoma and the Ridgeline. Ultimately I chose the Ridgeline due to the interior features and the fact that it drove more like an SUV than a truck. Most of my driving is on road and I only do light carrying. Had I done more off road driving, I would have chosen the Tacoma. That said, I am very, very happy with this truck…
