Quick service, they were very professional and gave me information about the condition of the car. I was there for oil change. Restrooms were clean, waiting room was clean and they had a coffee machine ready for use by the costumers. I was told I had my oil changes covered. That was not the case when I arrived here. Although I bought it at another Honda dealer. No accommodations to even lower the price. I still paid but I arrive at 1015 for my appointment and didn't leave till closer to 1245... that is sorta long for an oil change. I more than likely will go to Vegas for my next oil change. They tend to take care of me there.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership in a long time. I’ve been spoiled when buying cars in the past because I had a friend in the business and I always purchased my cars thru him. Since he has retired I’ve purchased a few cars and they were all the stereotypical transaction that left you frustrated and glad the process was finally over. This was the first time I’ve felt like I was dealing with my old buddy. As usual I did a lot of research myself and chose the car I wanted. I messaged the dealership and Kathy got back to me right away. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later and that was that. Well, my schedule changed and I had to reschedule our appointment for the same day. Kathy said it was no problem and I ran over there as soon as I could. When I got there the car I was looking at was already parked out front waiting for me to test drive. I informed Kathy that I only had a few hours to get this done then I had to be on the road. I was worried because my last transaction at another dealer took all day. Kathy and her team had me out of there with plenty of time to spare. And with a deal I was happy with. There was the usual back and forth with the numbers but they listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get the deal I needed. Everyone there was super friendly. Even the atmosphere felt different. I was in the lobby waiting area for a bit and a few other customers were there working with other sales people. And everything just seemed so calm and stress free. Everyone was smiling, including the customers. I don’t know, I guess I’m trying to I say, at a lot of other dealerships you get that fake customer service vibe. But that wasn’t the case here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Ray and Chris 1,000 stars, I would! We recently purchased our new 2026 Honda Pilot Sport, and I can truly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased about five vehicles over the years, and this was the first time I walked away feeling completely confident and genuinely good about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Ray Templeman was amazing. We were outside walking the lot with our two little ones on an extremely hot day—probably close to 110 degrees—and Ray was the first person to approach us. He was immediately warm, kindhearted, welcoming, and very family-oriented. He and my husband connected right away. I was definitely playing “bad cop” at first and wasn’t going to be easily convinced, but Ray eventually broke me down! 😂 What I appreciated most was that Ray actually listened to us. He brought us inside out of the heat, offered us water, and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for instead of having us walk around the entire lot. He pulled up their inventory on the computer, showed us our options, and ultimately brought out three different vehicles so we could compare them. I test-drove two and completely fell in love with the 2026 Honda Pilot Sport. I was very clear with Ray about what I wanted and what I did NOT want. I basically told him, “This is what I’m looking for. Don’t try to put me in anything else.” And he respected that from beginning to end. He listened to our concerns about our previous vehicle, understood what our family needed, and never made me feel pressured to settle for something else. We also had a trade-in that came with a few complications, but they worked with us and did the best they could to give us a fair amount. We ultimately financed through the dealership because it made the most sense for us at the time, and overall, we were happy with how the numbers worked out. Chris, the GM, was also wonderful. He helped us narrow down what we were looking for and was warm, welcoming, funny, and down-to-earth. He joked with us, interacted with our kids, and genuinely made us feel like we were becoming part of the Honda family. Even while we were waiting for finance, Chris continued checking on us and making sure we were okay. It was a very busy day, so we were there for quite a while. Ray was juggling other customers, but he continued coming back to check on us. What really stood out to me was when he noticed our kids were getting hungry and we were using the vending machines. We had already removed the car seats from our trade-in, so simply leaving to grab food wasn’t easy. Ray took it upon himself to go get our family Raising Cane’s. That might seem like a small gesture to some people, but as parents sitting at a dealership for hours with two young children, it meant A LOT to us. The kids were able to eat, relax, play on their iPads, and be comfortable while we finished everything. That gesture also showed us that Ray wasn’t just focused on selling us a car—he was paying attention to our family and making sure we were taken care of. The entire experience felt personal, comfortable, and genuine. We never felt like we were just another sale. Ray heard our needs and concerns and not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Ray and Chris, thank you for taking such great care of our family. If I could give you both 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. Admittedly any car dealership is a place I'd rather not be. However, I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I have had in the high desert. Chris B. was a phenomenal sales rep and the manager did a good job guiding the negotiation, but not intruding. Felt sales talk including all Finance office options so I didn't have to deal with another sales talk after agreeing to the deal. So all in all I actually would 100% recommend Valley Hi Honda moving forward.

The sales staff were very friendly we never felt pressured. Very knowledgeable on the car, but did not pester giving me information unless I asked for something. I have purchased seven other cars from different dealerships from Connecticut, Maine, Washington, and California. This has been the best experience I have had. Truck went in for the Evap Canister code P2422. Service Rep JoAnn gave 5 star quality service throughout. She maintained communication, explained all the details, was knowledgeable, professional, and assisted with securing a rental car. The technical service bulletin advised the job should take approximately 90 minutes by a Honda Technician. I was without my vehicle for four days. Disappointed the service took much longer than anticipated. Glad to have everything done.

I went in expecting to buy a car, and to be pressured into getting something more luxurious, like I have at other dealerships. But no Tommy was amazing!
