Fernando was informative, helpful, and HONEST which went such a long way. We never expect that we will get the car that I like when we went to Valley Hi Honda, but with the help of Diane, Jose, and Chris it was made possible. Jose brought the vehicles to the front so i can test drive them instead of hunting them down in the lot under the hot sun. That was kind of him. I commend Jose for being so patient despite of our frustrations. He made us feel valued. Diane and Chris for trying their best to get us the best deal they can find and offer for us. Most of all, Wahid - the finance manager. He didn't have to do all the extra step but he was able to find us a better deal and we appreciate that a lot. We thank you all for making this possible.

I went in expecting to buy a car, and to be pressured into getting something more luxurious, like I have at other dealerships. But no Tommy was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving onto the next step, very friendly, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting on paperwork or the car. And I give Tommy not 5 stars, I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I brought my vehicle in because I was concerned about its oil consumption after previously having an oil leak repaired. The oil level seemed low, and I noticed that my oil pressure light had briefly flashed on the day before. I also had concerns about my engine air filter, I found that it was heavily saturated with oil. I had never seen an air filter caked with oil like that before, so I was worried that there was another underlying issue, or that I was losing oil somewhere I wasn’t supposed to. The first service advisor I spoke with was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Rather than recommending that the vehicle be inspected, which I was directly asking for, I was repeatedly told to just change the oil every 3,000 miles and continue monitoring the oil level. During the conversation, she also made a comment along the lines of how cars nowadays are basically made to be disposable. That was incredibly discouraging to hear about a vehicle that is less than two years old and that I financed for over $40,000. As a customer, that’s not the kind of response you hope for when you’re worried about a possible mechanical problem. Fortunately, Melina Wilson stepped in and completely changed the experience. Instead of dismissing my concerns, she had a technician take a look at the vehicle and made sure my questions were addressed. They explained that Honda’s engine air filters are lightly oil-treated to help improve filtration, which was something I genuinely didn’t know. Given how saturated my air filter appeared, I think my concern was reasonable, and I appreciated that they took the time to educate me instead of making me feel like I was overreacting. Melina was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. She listened, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was being properly evaluated. She turned what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one.
