The sales staff were very friendly we never felt pressured. Very knowledgeable on the car, but did not pester giving me information unless I asked for something. I have purchased seven other cars from different dealerships from Connecticut, Maine, Washington, and California. This has been the best experience I have had. The manager that handled the paperwork was extremely fast and efficient. The speed of processing was fantastic and it was the best deal, I shopped around from Los Angeles to Barstow and they beat or matched all of them. The purchase was a 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite

Truck went in for the Evap Canister code P2422. Service Rep JoAnn gave 5 star quality service throughout. She maintained communication, explained all the details, was knowledgeable, professional, and assisted with securing a rental car. The technical service bulletin advised the job should take approximately 90 minutes by a Honda Technician. I was without my vehicle for four days. Disappointed the service took much longer than anticipated. Glad to have everything done.

We never expect that we will get the car that I like when we went to Valley Hi Honda, but with the help of Diane, Jose, and Chris it was made possible. Jose brought the vehicles to the front so i can test drive them instead of hunting them down in the lot under the hot sun. That was kind of him. I commend Jose for being so patient despite of our frustrations. He made us feel valued. Diane and Chris for trying their best to get us the best deal they can find and offer for us. Most of all, Wahid - the finance manager. He didn't have to do all the extra step but he was able to find us a better deal and we appreciate that a lot. We thank you all for making this possible.

I went in expecting to buy a car, and to be pressured into getting something more luxurious, like I have at other dealerships. But no Tommy was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving onto the next step, very friendly, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting on paperwork or the car. And I give Tommy not 5 stars, I would give him 10 stars if I could!
