I had a great experience with Carson Sanchez at Valley-Hi Honda. My 2021 Honda Odyssey broke down while traveling from Las Vegas back home to San Diego, leaving me stranded in Victorville. Carson was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When the original fuel pump assembly was backordered, he went above and beyond to work with his team and find another solution to get me back on the road. He also helped reduce my costs wherever he could. I made it safely back to San Diego, and the Odyssey is running great. I had to rewrite my review , All my expectations were met by Service department! Thank you for taking care of all my concerns , I went in for my recalls and everything went better than expected... I bought my honda a year ago with Kathy and everything was great . I was a bit apprehensive about bringing my car in but Joann and the Service manager were very efficient and professional.. i will continue taking both of my cars to Valley Hi Honda.
